At WCL Helmets, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly and meets your safety standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your helmet within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the helmet in its original protective bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the visor film is intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our safety team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
